Fez holds one of the world's largest car-free urban environments — a medina of narrow lanes, historic madrasas, and working artisan workshops. For educational, cultural, and heritage-focused groups, it offers a depth of programming that coastal or resort destinations cannot.
It works best as a dedicated cultural stop within a multi-city itinerary rather than a conference base, given its more limited large-venue infrastructure.
